True I worked at Starbucks when I was young before I became an attorney and for what it was it was the best company I’ve worked for. (Especially compared to big law lol) They give the employees a lot. You’re not supposed to stay there all your life (especially if you don’t work to move up which many don’t). Back in the day they were for high school and college students and for retirees that were looking to keep busy for a few hours a week. In California these jobs already pay $20+ per hour. I don’t drink coffee, but I have noticed that the lines at fast food places have been much shorter recently. A $15+ fast food meal will convince many people not to eat there.
