On a dual wheel assembly if only one tire shows a bulge is that a Major or a minor defect? I am passing my test tomorrow in Montreal and the book confused me more that is helping me.
If everyone did an inspection like this, your day would consist of driving to the truck, doing a pre trip, doing a post trip, and going home. LoL.
