Hi Bill…thank you for this video. I like your real estate series that you do with the local agents! Overall, I am not sure Mazatlan is going to be the place. That summer heat did not sit well with my wife. She was much more comfortable during our Mexico City trip. We will still plan to visit Oaxaca in February or March. While we were in Mazatlan, we preferred the Centro area, if we were going to be living there. So, I don’t think we would go for this Cerritos location. Our house in Colorado is 40 miles to the next sizable town; so having stuff in walking distance is important for our transition to Mexico. Having said that, I like this place you highlighted here! A key comment from my wife while in Mexico City was that she did not want to do an apartment life in Mexico. That is huge info! It helps in the searches we are doing. And, of course, it may have been there and I missed it :-( Safe travels sir! Only comment with regards to this videography…..I don’t recall seeing an air conditioner in the master bedroom. If it has an a/c in a room, it would be good to catch that in the video (I did see the a/c in the spare room).
Yes, it does get hot down here in the Summer time. Right now it is perfect. I am fine with it. There are so many great places in Mexico with so many different climates, Mexico is like a Climate Grocery Store, whatever you want you can find it here. Thanks Alan.
If I had $250,000 USD cash would this be a good investment? I would rather rent and stay liquid. Quarter of a million dollars cash still seems like a lot of money.
@@BillDallasLewis I know Bill and I will probably never have that amount of money in the bank for the rest of my life and that's ok. Other things much more important in life than that, like companionship and being around nice people.
THANK YOU ! For also giving Canadian dollars Kimberly. A lot of agents never consider any other customers except their American ones. Great job!
Hi Z, Kim is very good about that. I am very bad about that. I am learning from her. Thanks for reminding us all.
Best,
Bill
For many of us older people a first floor bedroom is important.
Hi Sue,
Great info for me to always consider.
Best,
Bill
