One or another song are a bit explict like calling for "hate and death for the bourgeoisie". But I think fitted into it's historical context that shouldn't be considered really that offensive.
While it is set to the tune of "The Red Army is the Strongest", this version is about the Hoxhaist (and ex-Maoist) KPD/ML of West and later East Germany (the actual song title by the way is "Wer geht voran?" and it comes from the album "Lob des Kommunismus" which was released in 1976, I think) and its lyrics are partially borrowed from "Die Arbeiter von Wien" (The Workers of Vienna), an older communist song that uses the same melody as the Russian original, but was obviously about the Austrian workers instead.
Normally, I hate commies, but something about the KPD just strikes me as different. :) They seem to be a very pro-Germany party as opposed to Soviet style communism. :) At any rate I find the KPD and their music fascinating.
The KPD/ML was anti-revisionist, they opposed the USSR and harshly criticized the GDR for doing what the USSR dictated, they were honest Communists, they opposed the Berlin Wall because they considered them a betrayal for the German people, Communists like There are very few of them left, the rest are just revisionists and cowards.

This sounds a lot like an adaptation of Arbeiter Von Wein
It's the same melody and even part of the hook is the same: "das sind der Zukunft getreue Kämpfer" (~those are the Warriors loyal to the future)
