- Remnant Tours attends Sunday Mass in Nantes, France, the city where General François Charette-“King of the Vendee”-was executed in 1796 for being a symbol of Catholic resistance to the Revolution.
Thank you Michael Matt for documenting the sure but steady growth of tradition loving faithful Catholics. A sign of hope and it's just going to grow , there's no turning
back from here. God bless you and your team..
I just wish there was a growth in tradition in South Korea 🇰🇷. Just one SSPX twice a month in Seoul and that’s it
Beautiful let’s pray for this to continue in our young families!
@@BoaConstrictor126 It’s a start! Keeping praying. 🙏🙏🙏
God bless our Traditional Catholic Faith.
Amen.
In France, what a beautiful mass, full with young families, and all ages worshiping our Lord, we need that here in the United States, more Latin, churches, and mass, we pray to the Lord in his name, amen 🙏🙏🙏
In the Dallas, Texas, area there is a large and growing Latin Mass parish. It is called Mater Dei Parish and is classified as a Personal Parish. (That means the parish boundary is the same as the Diocesan boundary.) Three resident priests. Latin Masses all day on Sunday. Low Masses (silent), sung Mass, and a High Mass. Confessions during Masses.
Their website has more info.
What’s awesome is that I know that chant at the beginning. It’s in a different country, but I could sing along because it’s the same universal language.
same feeling!
same here
Precisely the point :) you can't beat that, it's just too good
What a beautiful sight. How we long for the Latin Mass to return in all American Catholic Church.
Tears in my eyes as I look upon the Light of Truth. The families and priests, worship of our Lord and Savior, cannot be extinguished.
Same with me, how beautiful is this, True expression of the One True Faith!
I love all the young families at Mass. the children are amazing to watch as their parents instruct them .
How I would love to attend Mass in a church like that. I could almost smell the incense. Haven't been to a high Mass since I was a child. 😢
Many high masses across the country. We have to travel over an hour to get to ours. May your days be bright and God bless you. 📿
And also to you. 🙏
@@james130211 - My dearest James, we know this. What YOU err in is the Catholic Church has changed so much since Vatican II and the faith has become so much like the Protestants believe. We believe in Transubstantiation-the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity are in the Hosts at the Consecration. This is why this is so beautiful. Our Lord told us, "Where two or more are gathered in My name, there I will be." It is not the place we are so enamored in, it is the Faith!!
Deo gratias!
Big Latin Mass parish in the Dallas, TX, area.
How blessed are we to know the experience of true worship.
Thank you Michael Matt and team.
Thankyou Michael for bringing this to Australia!
With the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus upon us, I will pray for the martyrs of the Vendee and ask the Saints (known and unknown) of the Vendee to pray for us.
I agree Michael Matt! We are winning...I felt this for some time now! Let those who want to argue, argue & meanwhile we will go to Mass, the true weapon against the enemies of Christ. What a lovely Church! Thankyou for showing us....Nice to see our Brothers & Sisters in Christ worshiping together Traditionally! Pax Christi🙏🕊
Refreshing to see traditional French culture!
The first thing i noticed and heard was the cry of children, the future of our Church!
Amen
Love the traditional confessionals IN USE!
And the sound of crying and cooing infants.
I'm having flashbacks to my childhood in soaring gothic churches in Pittsburgh, Haddonfield, NJ and in Roanoke in Southwestern Virginia!
Orémus Y'all.
Absolutely amazing. I would love to attend Mass at this church. Greetings from Australia
Sydney here…..
Greeting to Australia from USA.
Just beautiful 😍🇦🇺
Yep God IS WINNING!
Gloria Patri, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto, sicut erat in principio, et nunc, et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Amen.
Have a blessed Holy Trinity Sunday.
Amen 🙏🙏🙏
Greetings from the Netherlands. Thanks for the hope.🙏
I started attending the Traditional Latin Mass about a year ago. I knew from my first Mass that I was experiencing something extraordinary. I have attended the Novus Ordo Mass my whole life, and never knew the TLM existed. I feel like I have come home since attending the TLM. I hope to continue attending the beautiful Mass forever. How blessed am I to have this mass in my life.
Beautiful 🙏
Well Michael I love the Latin Mass. A Catholic Church not doing the Latin Mass is like a synagogue not doing services in Hebrew. My Saint St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross of she materialized from the great beyond in the Middle of a Novus Ordo Mass would probably vomit. The TLM is what keeps Catholicism from being just another White Bread Protestant denomination which I use to be part of.
You're so right! Latin is patently God's native language - and he loves nothing more than vain repetition!
So good to hear some good news! I live in rural America an had to go to St Louis for the Marian Conference last weekend in order not to feel odd.
Beautiful ❤Thanks for sharing! 🙏🏾✝️
That is a Beautiful FSSP Parish. The FSSP Parish that I attend here in the States is just as Packed. We have 6 Masses
every Sunday and 3 Masses Daily Monday thru Saturday with Confession before every Daily Mass. As of now we are running out of space. We need a bigger Parish. God Willing.
The TLM is just exploding.
Where is your Parish located? Thank you!
@@giovannabrown6076
Commie California.
@@giovannabrown6076 There is another growing Latin parish in the Dallas TX area.
Any chance you could reach out to Mel Gibson and his team and see if they could do a film on this?
Thank you Michael Matt for showing french revival faith to the world.
If you have enough time while you are in France, you should visit our small parish in Normandie called "Communauté Saint-Michel" in Saint-Michel des Andaines town. Cardinal Burke has already come twice in this very small place. You should appreciate.
Another place to visit is in Sées's diocese. Here is the famous FSSP's school named "Institut de la Croix des Vents". It's quite amazing.
Hope to see you there someday.
God bless you,
In Christo
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for sharing this video. God bless you Mr Matt.
Alleluia! Thank you Remnant TV for bringing us such good news in such dark times!
Pray for the Vendee they fought so hard for their Latin Mass
Greetings from Texas. Thank you Mr. Matt.

Magnificent! Praise to You Lord Jesus Christ! Mr. Matt, Thank you for this awesome clip. My Sunday Latin Mass here in CA is just like that. Wish the world would come back to celebrating Mass in this way again. Thank you
Wow! Gives me chills. The Good, the True and the Beautiful!
What a beautiful sight….As it should be….Thank you Jesus 🙏🏾💕the World need God
a beautiful sight. Our Lady of LaSalette, pray for us.
I love that Kyrie-version.
This is my 70s/80s. In latin too. In Novus Ordo mass.
At some point, the organ player thought she was big star and had an audience... and then it was doomed.
Never again to hear this Kyrie.
My TLM today, have an amazing schola, really delivering the goods.
I had forgotten about the one I would hum from tome to time.
Amazing am after serving 2 missa cantata today but watching your clip brought tears to my face
🤗🇱🇧
Thanks for sharing. Absolutely beautiful. ❤
That was so beautiful. I got tears in my eyes. Thank you for sharing this with us. I loved every minute of it. VIVA CHRISTO REY!!! ✝️⚓❤️🙏🕯️🕊️🔥🇬🇧
I've been going to the Traditional Latin mass for over a year in Bayside, Queens, NY. It's a small parish. Last week, over 200 in attendance. We are growing every day.
Is that anywhere near College Point? That's good!
Balling. Like a little baby. Tears of joy. Thank you so much for this. 🙏
Wonderful
What a breath of fresh air!
Brilliant! Thank you Michael.
Great Experience! God bless ❤
Hope we can come and have a mass. I love it. Wonderful Experience.
Thank you Michael Matt for this and all your faithful journey.
How beautiful to see the families 🙏😇
Wow - that is beautiful. God bless those families. 🙏❤️🙏
Thank you, Michael Matt
It’s packed at the ICKSP also in New Brighton England and also at St Mary’s in Warrington FOSP
Loads of young kids and young people and the kids all have their mantillas on …… take note Bergolio 🙏🏼✝️🙏🏼❤️
Be moved and visit Westminster Cathedral in London for daily Mass and Vespers in Latin at 5.
Daily.
Is that 5am? The Traditional Latin Mass or Novus Ordo in Latin?
What a beautiful sight….As it should be….Thank you Jesus 🙏🏾💕
Beautiful sung in Latin as it should be.
Thank you for sharing this. Thank you for showing the future of the Catholic Church. I pray that I will be able to see and go to this Mass with my future grand children.❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Wonderful Merveilleux 👍🙏🙌
Thank you Mr Matt for this video
THANKS !!!
Why is it they tell us all the time that the French Catholics are dying?
Sadly they are. To go to church in the middle of a big city, you usually gotta to act like you're planning a trip to some unknown foreign land.
When i was a kid, there were open churches everywhere, everyday.
I don't say it can't be reversed but it's gonna hard.
@@VideaVice25 Our Catholic Church moves slowly but surely. In the Paris region, the number of adults baptized is 27% higher in 2024 than in 2023. The same phenomenon can be seen in rural dioceses
@@arteotomiMexicorural areas have been the most damaged by liturgical reforms in France. In big cities you can find decent masses. In rural areas (especially in Vendee) this is a nightmare. But it will come back. We just need a spark...
😪😪😪 this brings happy tears of joy to my heart. Yes, God's church will always win. Tradition is the way.
Dieu de Roi! I'm saving every last penny so I can retire in France and Nantes is definitely on my top five list. Thank you for showing us this beautiful mass!
Do not go to Nantes but search for littles towns not far like La roche sur Yon.
Sitting here singing the Kyrie with them... What a beautiful sight! I did notice that the women for the most part do not wear veils, where here in USA 99% of women at TLM do. Maybe a cultural thing? Anyway, thank you for showing us this beautiful sign of hope in France
Here in Mexico we all wear veils at TLM.
In fact it depends of the parishes and of the faithful. Women can also wear hats.
Many aren't aware of why women wear veils. Educate and explain and more women will
Beautiful, absolutely and simply beautiful !
Wonderful.
Looks like heaven.
I’m scared that the commi pope is gonna come there with his soldiers and SHUT the place down. I wouldn’t put it past him.
Went to France 16 years ago, fearing the worst.
By far, my favorite country I've ever been to. People were friendly ... and the Basilica of Sacred Heart was unbelievable -- not to mention Notre Dame.
The people were by far the most wonderful.
Come on France, we're praying for you. Come back to your Catholic Senses!!
Praise the Lord the King! Alleluia "
Praise the Lord🙌🏼
We have a French Catholic girl here, born and raised in southern Brittany, who knows nothing about the War in the Vendee. Never learned one word about this from her parents or at local Catholic schools.
Well she should! Southern Brittany was very much involved. Called the Chouans war, side by side with Vendée
¡Bien franceses!! ¡En estos dias tambien hay que luchar para que no impongan el tratado totalitario de pandemias de la OMS!!
Por favor ver el vídeo de la doctora Mariela Ortman, porque no firmar el tratado de pandemias de la OMS.
Thank You very much!!!😊
Stunning.. 🙏🏻💪🙏🏻
The restoration is not going to happen. It IS happening!
For my grandson's baptism I went to the small traditionalist chapel where in spite of Terror Christianorum the bishops has left them alone. Mass was a bit noisy, but not from the sanctuary where in the NO most of the noise originates either from the "celebrity" priest or the music theater majors trying to be liturgical. The Mass was dignified and untouched and proceeded according to the grace of its inner reality. The noise came from the creaking pews and the generous amount of young children in the small congregation. The tiny choir was not phased For at least that Sunday all was right with the world.
Dieu vous Bénisse pour une foi inébranlable! Vive Le Christ Roi! 👑
Incredible! Deus Vult!
Just Beautiful !
Absolutely beautiful
So beautiful to see.
Reminds me of my childhood when priests ( sacerdotes) celebrated the Mass in every naves of the church
Same in Munich at the S.Peter basilica. It was packed of people because the traditional Holy Mass is pleased to God!
God bless you
Thank you. ♥️🙏
How do I comment in a worthwhile way? After 45 years of lapse, I returned. I started to discern a return by reading, watching TH-cam. Repeated "nudges" from the Holy Spirit and prayers via the Carthusians at Parkminister, and most importantly by the intercession of St Philip Neri and the priests of the Oratory of Birmingham UK and hearing sung Extraordinary Form Mass, I have returned to the faith. Why cannot the Holy Father see the TLM for what it is? Inspiring.
This video is awesome! If Bergoglio saw this he might change his mind, by stopping his attacks on Tradition. As this is true worship of God.
This the Church as it should be always.
Wonderful!
Interesting, they stand at the Kyrie.
In fact we stand until the priest sit down. It's him who guide us.
God bless all.
Hope❤
Hi Michael, beautiful. Do know of any churches in Chicagoland area that does Latin mass? Thank you and God bless
St. John Bosco is a beautiful church if the bishop hasn’t shut it down yet. I believe they are forced to say the newer version of the Mass first (but they do it very reverently) and then around 12:30 they say the true Mass.
@@mrs._cat1007 Thank you
@@mrs._cat1007do you mean St. John Cantius? It’s on Carpenter street.
So beautiful. I love the Latin Mass
I'm in Cyprus on holiday. Just been to Mass .It was N Ordo with main prayers in Latin. Lay person saying the episode. A mix of people taking Communion on hand and tongue. Priest facing the people. Offertory prayers in English. Mass finished then off they go... all gossip and taking. Then another N/ Ordo to follow this one.. then the Anglican Mass after that. What a total divide and mix up. Taking to woman outside church. Isn't it nice to share the church....I was saddened by it all. So sorry for the Priest who thinks all this is fine. And a very poor sermon he gave. Lord have mercy on us.
I love all the prans, and the babies crying, the solemnity of the Mass. Excellent camera work!
It’s true, there’s life in the Traditional Mass, there’s no truer expression of love to, and for God, all the other expressions of Christianity fall short. Jesus himself said that we are to be ONE Church.
Become part of the ONE true Church founded by none other than Christ the King!
Why at the fssp it seems not many wear veils?
I go to fssp TLM. Majority wear veils.
@@femaleKCRoyalsFan then maybe it’s an European thing.
No, Nantes was not the heart of the Vendée . Nevertheless I understand what you mean by that : “The heart of the Catholic rebellion against the revolutionary power in Paris”
Next week I go back to France for a 3 months trip in Europe, now I live in Mexico (18 years) and I see the old continent dying, the invasion we live is not of the same kind as the invasion you have in the US . Your invasion is mostly Catholic, our invasion is Muslim .
I wish we had your invasion 🙏🏻
I understood what Matt meant. At least thats how I know the Story of the Vendée. There is a great connection between the Vendée and The Cristeros from Mexico. Cristeros were inspired by Vandeanos.
Actually Matt is right once it is properly explained . The revolutionary French created a ´department de la Vendée’ out of the traditional province of Poitou but ‘La Vendée militaire ‘ (military Vendée) which is what Matt implicitly is referring to , the area where special ‘laws’ applied and where the anti-Catholic crimes and atrocities were organised extended to parts of Brittany and Anjou. Nantes is one of the historical capitals of Brittany and yet in the middle of the military Vendée .
@@MaaFreddy military Vendée I agree
@@arteotomiMexico True, Vendeanos and Cristeros had a lot in common 👍
To summarise:” don’t touch my faith or else”
It is certainly beautiful. I do hope and pray that these young families learn to teach their kids to be quiet and not to play and make a lot of noise.
Amen
I go to the church Fr Dorsa is currently assigned to and I know Fr Pendegraft too XD. Man, this is beautiful.
