the yield on bonds have decreased especially on the long end (30 and 10 Y) indicating that the demand is still there even if the supply remains huge showing a preference for safety. I'm still at a crossroad regarding whether or not to liquidate my $138k
Find quality stocks that have long term potential, and ride with those stocks. I have found it takes someone who is very familiar with the market to make such good picks.
I agree with you. I started out with investing on my own, but I lost a lot of money. I was able to pull out about $200k after the 2020 crash. I invested the money using an analyst, and in seven months, I raked in almost $673,000
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up after scrolling a bit. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her. Once again many thanks *.*
People hate banks because credit cards, interest rates on credit cards, and fees. It's that simple. You are the first if not one of the few who acknowledge being a Capitalist and a bleeding heart. And pointing out the fact that we have katrillions of dollars flowing through our society at the same time we kathousands of homeless, and so many people problems that could be addressed by getting those who benefit the most to kick more. Thank you.
Nvidia still has a long runway. Besides the demand for its GPUs and networking products from hyperscalers, there are still demand from countries to build up their sovereign AI infrastructure. And then you have enterprises utilizing Nvidia’s AI Enterprise service (lots of enterprises don’t have hyperscalers’ resources to develop their AI models) which essentially is AI as a service; and then the heavy industry (big manufacturers for example) will utilize Nvidia’s Nemo service to create digital twin. These services will generate high margin recurring revenue stream. The Nvidia story is just getting started!
I got my invite to the Reddit DSP,.. I'm planning to buy if they allow me to. Especially if the initial stock price is affordable (say,. under $100 ).. if it's something like $10 to $20, I can totally see myself buying a nice amount just to see what happens.
What is dofferent from this AI scenario to a bubble? Nvidia is pushing valuations all over the place, not just for them, lots of companies for using AI for whatever thing you want to generate, but they are struggling for the same market on the inside
I wonder if part of the reason it’s only $60M/yr to start is because they need Google to go after OpenAI and the others who have a bunch of Reddit content in their LLMs
Credit cards are only means of convince payment method. The only reason to have them, is if you can pay the balance every month and just enjoy the perks. If you use them to pay for things you cannot afford in the first place, you're doing it wrong.
We can "figure out" the poverty issues, but politicians do not seem to be incentivized to come together and act in a meaningful way. That's one part of it. Another part is that poor people often create their own problems. I made myself poor for many, many years just by spending irresponsibly. It's not solely a social or political matter, but one of personal responsibility as well. But I know that costs of living are also very high and that pay remains an issue. Why is the federal minimum wage such a pitiful joke? Comes back to the first issue I mentioned of politicians failing to act. They prefer to blame each other and hope it brings them more votes in the next election instead.
41:15 -- you want to know how the American economy can support multiple trillion dollar corporations *while also* having homeless veterans and food insecurity? Answer: there's no money to be made with housing the homeless and/or feeding the hungry
I have to agree with the “bleeding heart” comments from Scott. Our economy *soared* post WW 2 & the max tax rate was approximately 96%. I’m not advocating for that, but I’m tired of the tech bros making $$ billions & barely contributing to the country that facilitated their wealth. No, I don’t propose 96%, but 37% is simply too little.
41:00 This is spot on. Great words. The question is what do we do about? Is there policy that can be implemented to alleviate food insecurity, the homeless veteran problem (and homelessness in genera), etc. This is probably in the top 2 or 3 issues that will determine whether the United States remains prosperous for many generation to come.
The pick and shovels of Nvidia are the semi manufacturing machine players like ASML, LRCX, AMAT, ACLS, KLAC, etc. not saying that they are cheap because their revenue has been dropping yet they are at an all time high.
Those comments about corporate tax rates are spot on. There's no reason why they can't contribute a few billion to make lives of people in this country better
Prof-G : Is the initial 2 mins standup an alternate career you plan to have? Most of them are really good and collectively the jokes over the last few year's can do a 1hr stand up
Your 'bleeding heart' (not socialist-- that made Ed smile) comment was exactly right. I wish Ed had commented on that instead of going to 'is it too late to join the party'. The valuation may be correct economically, but as you said in others words, society allowing all that value to accumulate in so few hands -- through incorrect taxation -- is wrong. No we should not spend trillions on cool toys while there are homeless vets and hungry kids. Yesterday, I told a friend, 'I enjoy the science of artificial intelligence, but i'd rather we spent that 7 trillion, or a good fraction of it, on NATURAL intelligence, in other words, on the care, feeding, and education of the next generation. The soldiers of MAGA are the people we've ignored and diminished in America.
Company tax needs to be Globally revisited en masse - our previous 0% interest rates and negative interest rates have produced the largest decoupling of wealth inequality the world has ever seen. Not only that inter generational wealth has skewed the profits toward the rich and elderly at the cost of the young.
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Kathleen Sanford
I’m shocked to hear that you both think SOHO House is good. Anytime I’ve been as a guest, I just wanted to be anywhere else in NYC. You can’t curate cool.
NVIDIA TAM plus turn, right?! What has been/will be the turn needed for customers to not simply increase efficiency but avoid extinction. Then, add innovations, applications, and extensions and it would be a mistake to think of a Moore's Law rate of change as linear. This is more likely volumetric or three-dimensional exponential rate of change.
Nvidia H 100 chip sells for $3320 an approximately 1000% markup. Scotts graphic shows approximately 600 K chips on order. It has been reported, Meta has upped their order to 350 K.
To the bingo card: "edibles"
You should add, 'In sum', 'when others zig, you zag!' to the Bingo Card!

Please will you be kind enough to share the details of the man that helped you?
Actually its a Lady. Yes my go to person is a 'MARY KALIOPE BRAUN'. So easy and compassionate Lady. You should take a look at her work.

For the bingo card: when Prof G says "that's good" about his own joke
Every time I see ads on a Prof G episode I’m shocked they haven’t been demonetized! Never change 😂
Prof G don't care about YT pennies
Scott's teeth is really white Today, did he get new false teeth? Maybe a dad joke next episode about it?
Yep, Scott’s teeth are “so bright, I gotta wear shades!” Old school song reference.
juggernaut is missing from the bingo card
When you going on All-In podcast my man
I own Vizio TVs but they only serve as displays for my Roku’s.

Bit of clarification, PayPal/Venmo use Visa/Mastercard networks for some types of transactions.
"...where does this podcast find you?"
What happens when all these CEOs who ask "What can we do with AI?" finally discover that the answer for the VAST majority of them is "Oh...nothing"?

"see above"
add yelling "COME ON"
Hey Ed… Showing up too late to the party could also apply to crypto.
2:00 you need to add private jet & semi exotic travel to the bingo card
I laughed (inappropriately?) hard (pun!) at the banana joke
I literally just watch for the jokes... Ok not really, keep up excellent work 👌
In regard to the Jensen Huang story. At 38:00 So was he not wearing his black leather jacket on the beach?!

Scott gushing over Nvidia reminds me of 2008.

Streaming businesses seem deeply unserious and always caught up in their own shit.
Scott, did you actually say “X, Y and Zed”?? 🤪

troy aikman whut? Hopefully it’s Derrick Rae and Ally McCoise.
The jokes are as funny as Scott's teeth.
So pretty funny.
“I don’t know why I brought that up”
“Anyways”
i bought Nvidia at 756
However, however

Stadium names are more ridiculous than powerful.
I thought the banana was going to be the butt of a joke.
Look at the thumbnail pic, ProfG found his son (didn't Daddy donate sperum before? aaaahhhh....scandal)
How about we tax your, professor first? Why are you so rich and didn’t donate half of your money?
Scott's teeth are SO WHITE!
Average Episode
Hey haters got new for you......
Royce gracie of the Gracie MMA family just become Muslim.
This God awful standup routine was enough to unsubscribe… Imagine you went to your dentist and he started doing stupid humor like this!
😂😂
See ya later!
Love how Prof G team can openly razz the prof. Seems silly but shows authenticity and humility. Hard to find these days.
"...what do I mean by that?" for the Bingo card

Who is going to be the leader, or the innovator in Quantum? More specifically, who is standing at the origin of Quantum and A.I.?

great as always - jokes were a bit more random than usual however :')
I just noticed… Scott has the whitest teeth on the planet.
I think that may be a recent upgrade.
Was wondering what was going on there@@MichaelLaFrance1
Those comments about corporate tax rates are spot on. There's no reason why they can't contribute a few billion to make lives of people in this country better
You don't even need to raise tax rates, just fund the IRS and do more audits, close the tax gap.
For the Bingo card: Whenever Prof G's laugh descends into a sigh. The ha ha ha ohhhh
NVIDIA has the hardware game on lock, but who's going to dominate the software side of AI?
Just curious, what's Scott's process for coming up with these jokes?
Pick and shovel into soft soil!
Prof-G : Is the initial 2 mins standup an alternate career you plan to have? Most of them are really good and collectively the jokes over the last few year's can do a 1hr stand up
Haha the story gets better if Jenson was wearing his leather jacket

Comparing the streaming sports bundle to YT tv on cost isn’t totally fair imo, YT offers way more than just sports so it costing more makes sense.
To answer your question Scott we could figure it out except for Massive Greed and Hubris
6:11 this is why I always watch the show. “I don’t know why I brought that up, anyways” 😂😂😂
Making fun of Ed’s age
The bingo cards: double click
Thanks guys, great show!
Add "See Above" to the bingo chart

Stop listening to Aswash on Nvidia!! He continues to underestimate the growth of the AI market. He was bearish when Nvidia was $400.
Nvidia is on sale today!

Foreshadows the disruption that is going to hit us.
Andrew Dice Tyson 😂🤣😂 Great gamer tag 💶💶🎲🎲🍸🍸
"TRUE story, Ed!" needs to be added to the bingo card
Did Scott’s veneers get bigger?
