Copper,brass,silver,gold info and a little project I’m doing

A good friend of ours passed away recently, he work for a company for 26 years which he use to service and repair the big tv billboards the ones that are made up of lots of modules, I spoken to his boss and have been gives various electrical items from where he work and items that he used to work with , my plan is to strip them all down to there various metals like , copper , brass , aluminium, silver and gold them melt them all together to make an alloy of them all and have that cast into a flat square bar , once it’s has been machined flat and polished up I will be using my daughters laser engraver to put some writing on and a picture of him , and when it’s all finished give it to his wife for a keepsake as it would be special as it will be made from the materials from the place he work and the job he loved doing ,.

I’ve got idea,vision in my head how I want it to look but now I’ve got to strip it all then get to work on making a few temporary machine to hopefully last long enough /or work long enough to get project finished lol
