Thanks a lot! The decals are put into luke warm water and can then easily be slided onto the model.

Did you use a primer before spraying the model? Just got a airbrush and been testing acrylic paints on spoons. And I used 123 zinser as a primer. Just got this kit and want to do it right the first time! Thanks

Hi, I only used primer on the major parts like engine nacelles and fuselage with wings. Landing gear, cockpit etc was not primered before painting

Which model are you building that you have to mix these colors in the first place? One is clear coat and the other one glossy white. But it shouldn't be a problem, you just need to have either both colors waterbased (aqua color sold in plastic cans) or both enamel (metal cans)

The Boeing 747 8 Cargo looks like the Boeing 747 100

It has the short upper deck, yep but the -8 is way longer than the -100 and has more modern and bigger engines.
