At this point why not just go to the American and merge. Its better to have a large conference with schools who are willing to stay with you for the long term. But if they do not do it then expanding to 16 teams is a good option. Give them a few years of consistency.

I think the next big thing to look out for is the 70 team super league targeted for 2032, the G5s will have to come together to survive and I hope all that talk of a G5 champuonship comes to fruition.

The agreement was just for '24. The MWC wanted a ton of cash to continue in '25.
When I said the 24-25 season that was meant to include the bowl season.
