How to build a bench

Building a bench in the woods keeping it simple. Drills, hammers, axes and wood. All built by one of our students.
Tools
Makita drill
25mm wood but
Granfur bruks small axe
Veritas power plugger 25mm
Holtifors knife
Old Japanese mortise saw/could use any saw.
Materials
Wooden plank
Pine legs x 4
Pine wedges
Drill 2 holes in each end with the 25mm drill bit at roughly 25 degree angle.
Use the plugger to make the legs to fit in holes. This is a fun bit.
Put legs on and whack into place.
Split the ends of the Lehigh coming through the bench and put a wedge in.
Saw off waste. Repeat on each leg.
Sit down and enjoy your brew!
