for the update url, it's probably still up. north korea pretty much has their own internet, they'd have their own internal DNS servers and certificate authorities that I imagine would be in north korea only. like, these services don't need to even be used outside of north korea, and opening them up just introduces unnecessary risk (such as DDOS and vulnerability exploitation) so it'd just make mroe sense to keep them north korea only. i have an internal DNS server on my home network for a bunch of .internal domains, i imagine north korea would do this too just on a country scale.
