I get cantwell can be very frustrating at times but wouldn't get rid of him this summer. I think with better players around him he will be a key player.

Its much harder to move players on that it is buy players and we probably need to move another 8 players minimum on
Something I dont hear spoken much about is discontent, with players like Silva running his mouth about fans and guys like Lunny and Borna leaving is it possible those players were causing issues with Clement?

I think Danilo could possibly solve the problems in striker role , Jefte has came in so where does that leave Ridvan ? He was playing some great football last season , souttar, goldson, Tav really worry me , we need better in defence, as you said the midfield should be built round Dio , reckon Dio, cantwell , raskin and sterling could make a good midfield, love the content lads , imo the best rangers content on TH-cam 👍🏻❤️🤍💙

I think Cantwell will show up better with quality around him. Own opinion tho, everyone entitled to theirs. The gaffer was getting a tune out a busted banjo for long enough with that squad. Few things happened - momentum gubbed by cancelling of Dundee game, not once but twice. Yilmaz injury disrupting selection and pulling Sterling out of midfield where he was thriving. The disrupted team selection led to the usual faces making the same mistakes, the bottle went, and the rot eventually even stuck to player of the year Butland, in an OF cup final. Summed up the season.
jury is out on so many remaining players including Cantwell. If some are going to stay they will have to show much more. We do need to build from the back thats for sure. We need a better blend of physicality, pace and experience. My concern so far is the market we are looking in. Im sure these guys could turn into very good players but will they cope during the icey cold and wet times in Scotland when we need to get the points over the line? This is where i hope he does bring in some Scots to tie it all together in one package.
put it into perspective. ange came to celtic on a short notice. he brought in some players and didnt have time for a rebuild. yet. we know what happend. stop giving clement a pass. its 6 months or bust.
