My aunt uncle and cousins all live in Martensville. They love it, have lived there for over 2 decades now. All the city stuff you need closeby, but a quiet classy town on its own.

We debated on moving there but we eventually decided to move to stoon! Lots of tough choices and with the market being so hot between warman, mart and stoon..finding a decent home was challenging.

Glad you were able to find a home. Nothing wrong with Saskatoon!

Any golf, Doctors and emergency rooms ?

No golf courses, Warman has a golf course that is a 14 minute drive. Martensville does have a family doctor, but no hospital.
Residents of Warman and Martensville still need to travel into the city for ER visits.

I am finding it difficult to get people's opinions on Watrous and Manitou Beach. They are not too far from Saskatoon but if you could give me any insight on them, I'd love to hear about it.

I have a realtor lined up to chat about this later in the year. Stay tuned!
Off the cuff, Watrous is your regular small Saskatchewan town that has all your major services. Manitou is a little hidden gem with great tourist attractions.

Thank you for the reply! I currently live in the UK but my dream is to visit Canada and if I like it, move there. Saskatchewan is the place I identified first and it's somewhere I really like the sound of.

We recently left Canada to start a family in south america. Best decision we ever made. Canada just isn't a viable option if you value freedom and low taxes.

I wish you and your family all the best in South America, that sounds like it's going to be an amazing time with lots of adventures to be had. (Cheaper cost of living is probably more reasonable)
Happy to agree to disagree on Canada (specifically living in Saskatchewan). I have done a lot of world travel and have spent lots of time outside of the country. Not to say there are not real issues with Canada, we are still very blessed to live here and there's plenty of opportunity here.
