Inspiring! What do you use for a PSU? I've used a lead acid car starter battery rated 17Ah from Halfords for my occasional portable operations. Gives me a couple of hours, but more if I turn down the hf output. I'm curious to know more about your idea and whether I might get a signal boost from spreading a layer of salt on wet ground underneath my dipole!

Hi John ...I use LiPo4 (lithium ion phosphorus batteries) 30Ah and 50Ah these are good for 2 to 3 hours
