    Ingredients:
    - 3 large eggs
    - 4 large tomatoes, diced
    - 4 green chilies, chopped
    - Salt and pepper, to taste
    - 1/4 cup crumbled cheese (Mozzarella, Turkish kaşar or feta work well)
    Instructions:
    1. Heat a large pan over medium heat.
    2. Add the chopped green chilies and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
    3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and release their juices.
    4. Mash tomatoes coarsly.
