So many of your song from the book series is so filled with the feeling of daydreaming into an adventure. This one feels like just laying on the bed as you're transferred to a flower filled garden awakening to a slice of life genre filled with fluffy side quests that bring us and the one we love together.

It means SO much that you think all of the book songs have a sense of adventure in them - I wanted each of these to have a little bit of magic and escapism mixed with reality, just like books serve as a portal to a new setting, storyline, and as you said - ADVENTURE✨✨
It’s SO exciting to hear that you like the little stripped down chorus towards the end - I love doing that in songs because it shows the lyrics/melodies in a more vulnerable, personal way and adds slightly different shading of reality to them before you’re propelled back into the sparkly fairytale of the book hehe

Just like you are beautifully skipping into the sunset (You look very beautiful btw! truly THE girl in red!) that's exactly how what it makes me do! Just skip through the streets I have to walk in everyday, surrounded by the truest of the whimsical wonder and sonder.
