Enjoyed this video very much, used to do much the same right up to my mid 50's. Nowadays I stick to gravel and paved rides on my electric bike, but at 75 I can still do the miles but just a different way!

@@belowaveragemountainingbik7279 recently, the last time I rode Gedrys, it was wet so pushed past the tricky and nadgery bit, where you had the fall. I rode it down to the lane and it was completely ridable after that bit. So, in future, I'm erring on the side of caution, getting off and pushing around if it's wet.
I like your content, having moved away from Newport many years ago. Just to say the background music in annoying and too loud to hear your voice. Keep up the riding.

I'm glad I moved to Cardiff with these trails in such close proximity. Great vid, I bet that beer was nice.
