just brought a belle maxi pave and its makes a massive difference for blocks and pavers, only need to use my disc cutter on small cuts or heavily curved paving areas
Dose the belle maxi pave cut 100m blocks the same as the one shown on the video? Am currently Doing a lot of footing work & thinking of getting one to cut 100mm & 140mm blocks
What about with Turfstone concrete lattice pavers? Will it break properly or will the break go sideways? In installation manuals the recommend a double-bladed splitter, but when I google this term absolutely nothing comes up. Do double-bladed splitters even exist?
I’m not familiar with those pavers sorry. This splitter does have a top and bottom blade, the bottom blade is fixed and the top one moves - it’s cut pavers for me before. How clean the cut will be depends on how good the blades are and what the paver is like
Not sure on that, I’ve used one for concrete house bricks before. I don’t know what the thickest thing they will fit in, there might be more details somewhere online
Yea but depends on the type. The bricks with 3 holes in won’t cut so well but a solid brick or brick with a frog is fine. Block pavers are also fine but depending on the type of paver it might not be the cleanest cut
I have 2 of them a big and small one the main 1 cuts a full length block they are a great tool highly recommend
I’m jealous of your full length block one! I will need to upgrade one day as there’s so many times I need to cut a full block down in height
Good to see one of these in action. Looks easier than doing it by hand

Great advice. I’ve been looking at getting one. Thank you.

Anyone know if block splitters would cut 3n lightweight cleanly or just end up crushing the block?
I have not had a problem cutting any type of block on this so I would say its fine...
Thank you for the demo
Thankyou for watching 😃
Hi can it split a 6" concrete block
No it doesn’t adjust enough for a 6” but I’m sure someone makes a model that does
Who makes these?
I’m not sure of the brand of this particular splitter but there’s quite a few on eBay
will they cut bricks
