Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico 2024

"We were lucky to visit Guadalajara, Mexico, in early August 2024 and had an awesome time. We enjoyed eating Tortas ahogadas, birria de chivo, Tortas Locas, and Tripas en Caldo. I was very impressed with the people, the food, and the beautiful weather, especially the cloudy and thunderstorm nights."
