How do I reset and start over??....my automated subscriber just keeps adding shit on I don't need..and won't let me send a basic automated discount for first time buyer...help
Hi. I am really new to Shopify. I have a quick question. So I want to send a discount to new customers, but only when they buy a specific product. How do I do this? So I have a banner on my site saying "buy this pack and get 50% off next purchase". So I want to make sure the email only gets sent if they have bought the specified product. If you coud help that would be amazing. I have already set up a discount code and changed permissions etc.
You should be able to make a flow that is triggered when that product is purchased/ order fulfilled. Check out their FAQs section: help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/create-marketing/shopify-email/faq
