    Fantastic class as always. Million thanks for sharing these amazing teachings in such a generous way 🙏❤️ The suggestion for the people with back issues to take the back- specific class before proceeding to this one would better server its purpose if placed in the beginning, of course. But everyone with a back problem already has to know to take it easy, without a doubt. Really really grateful for these offerings! Namaste 🙏💫💕
