- Me and Brody are in the Jon Boat along the headwaters of Pearl River in the swamp putting out limb hooks and the channel cat and blue cat are biting. We caught a couple Grinnel (Bowfin) and a mudcat (Bullhead) and one Gasper goo (freshwater Drum). #fishing #catfish #swamp

Ol Roscoe is holding that lid down on the livewell like a prison gaurd,lol. He said you put em in the cooler and He'll keep em in there,haha.

You need to put you a soup can in the boat for when you get them big rowdy crawdads actin up, you can fill that soup can up with creek water, thow ol big daddy in the can and hold a match up under him and make an example of him in full view of the bait bucket. Or just let ol Brody Eat em Raw. The rest of the ones in the bucket will all get mousy quiet and end all that ruckus in the bait bucket. You got you a fine, fine helper on that net and bait bucket!

Justin, I like tying my yo-yo's higher up to wherever you tie it to. If it's a limb or a spike off of the pitch fork. I tie mine like 6" to 8" under the place I tie it instead of letting them hang close to the water. You can do yours however you want to I just wanted to let you know how I do mine.
Ive never used them before so it’s definitely a learning curve on them for me. But they produced this morning
