This was back when we all got along just fine. You make good music and we'll be there. No matter your color. We'd hit the skating rink and we'd blow around the rink at 45mph backwards and loving every minute of it!
Agreed fine Sir. Me and a friend traveled from Pennsylvania to Florida in 12 hours, non-stop, when it should have taken us 14-16 hours to get there. We kept playing this song over-and-over again to keep our adrenaline up. The Dazz Band will always have a special place in my heart and always be remembered because of this. Yes, listening to the the Dazz Band and this particular song is like drinking 3 Red Bulls as you drive without the consequences. It's just awesome music with no side effects except for feeling happy.
So fun Deondre! First time I’ve seen a reaction to this and this was my jam, I was 15 in 1982 and I had this on a 45 (tiny record album) and played it on REPEAT in my room ☀️☀️☀️
This was THE SH*T! In the club in 1982 the total Sh*t!! This came on and the FLOORS were packed. Talking a massive club! 8 dance floors Piccadilly’s Indy! Oh my god “Back in the day!!”
I was 14 in 1982 and this song was one of the awesome ones on the radio all the time. And don't be surprised at all the white people in the video...in the 80's we loved to party, and it didn't matter WHO was playing and singing...if it was good music, we loved it! The 80's has it's reputation for a reason! ;)
This Record was a Club Banger. But you said "Soul Glo" well at least they comb their hair back then. The kids today look like they homeless. Un Comb hair with there pants hanging off their behind, looking ridiculous. But it's good to know you heard this song before I mean some of these kids with these reaction shows don't even know who Stevie Wonder is???
didn't say he couldn't be there. I was referring to his dancing. not his actual being there. Don't make it about something it was never intended to be. Thanks
This is one of those top 100 songs to take to the grave. It’s so funky, groovy and badass! It belongs in Heaven’s official soundtrack 😎

every time I go for a job interview I listen to this tune as I'm walking into the room, I'm still unemployed but hell I'm still whipping.

This song is everything. That was funny saying if you can listen to this and not dance you're a monster. LOLLL. It's too lit.
Agreed fine Sir.
