Sounds like me ... Running around in the house saying I've got time I've got time. 😅 Doing all sorts of things that's not about getting ready to actually leave the house. I liked how you were realistic about how hard it can be to break or build a habit. I removed the snooze from my alarm which, 80% of the time, succeeds in getting me to wake up because I know if I don't am gonna fall back asleep and wake up 3hrs later. As someone who is working on my punctuality, I appreciate these tips.
Thank you so much for your comment. Isn't it crazy how we can fool ourselves into thinking we have so much time and then we are in panic mode.....🤣 Worse still, we do it over and over again. You are so right about that snooze; it's not helpful. Keep on working on that punctuality; step by step.... You've go this. 👍
Excellent tips 👏🏾 Thank you, I agree!! I learnt being late from my mum, lol, which sometimes had a detrimental impact on my life, but now, since I implemented your tips not being late, has reduced my stress, frustration, and anxiety. I feel much more relaxed and calmer and improved my mental/emotional well-being. When being on time and getting somewhere a few minutes earlier, I can give myself enough time to breathe 😊🙏🏾 And I'm getting older and have too many aches and pains to be rushing😫 around all the time 😅😂
This was so simple good and realistic advice. I wrote down everything ,with zeal because it made sense and l could see where l constantly go wrong. Thank you Anthony. Now to find an accountability partner.
Thank you; so glad that you found it useful. An accountability partner is awesome. Let me know if there are any subjects that you want me to cover. Keep on being amazing.
Good advice. Night before, realistic travel time, and set the alarm on the other side of the room.
Thank you so much for the comment; blessings and success to you.
