Yet another incredible franchise that EA ruined.
Geo I swear, if I had thirty minutes to do anything with any video game company, twenty-five of them would be spent convincing Nintendo to buy PopCap.

It's in PVZ2, just in regular stages. It removed the charm of the song.
It still exists in the game, but it's a motiff in some songs.
It was removed due to data space issues I think
They removed Ultimate Battle and Demonstration Mini Game themes to save up space for Battlez/Arena
They deleted them for arena,penny's pursuit and new plants

Without EA's influence, PvZ2 probably wouldn't exist or it would exist as a game that doesn't have micro-transactions and isn't free-to-play

PopCap alone makes memories, EA tries to make every possible transaction.
PopCap would have gone bankrupt without EA.
@@Stefan25897 i dont think it would have. PvZ is a really popular franchise so alot of people are buying the games (PvZGW, PvZGW2, BFN) and the micro transactions. If EA didn't own PvZ its would have less things for people to buy but it would still have some type of micro transaction to be able to generate money. EA just made it a PTW game, which alot of people disagree with. If it wasn't like that i think people would have more respect for it and would want to buy things to help support the devs so they can add new plants and make new games.

Stefan25897 Are all companies that were bought out going bankrupt? Instagram certainly wasn't going bankrupt when it was sold to Facebook. There's a variety of reasons why a company would want to sell out outside of bankruptcy.
Do you have confirmations from the CEO of Popcap or some of the employees that they sold out due to bankruptcy? Do you have their financial records? If not, you have no evidence Popcap sold out due to bankruptcy. With your standard of evidence, any company that sells out to a bigger one is going bankrupt.

I feel so bad for the creator of this game. I can’t image what it feels like to make this masterpiece of the game and then have EA fire you and take the game just because you didn’t want to add in game purchases
He actually didn't get fired, the creator left after they put micro transactions into Garden Warfare behind his back. basically gave him the middle finger.
Both of you are wrong, the creator George Fan didn't want to work on the second game because he was satisfied with the first one, he said it himself in an interview. He wasn't fired or anything like that, he just didn't want to work on it and moved on to create another game of his called Octogeddon. While EA's influence over the PvZ games hasn't been the best, there is a big chunk of false information that has been spread and blown out of proportions.

because really, the name sounds like it's just the track for the minigame, when it's actually the prototype music for Zomboss's fight.
I didn't even know I needed to have a man freestyle drums to the PVZ Ultimate Battle, but I most certainly needed this in my life.

Just watched the “graze the roof” one today.
People complaining about PvZ2 but it's still great game. Yes the seed packets, paid power ups and everything paid for gems is not the best but actual plants, levels and soundtrack is great too. Its sad that they scrapped some ideas like this specific song but otherwise the game is fun to play and iis great successor to pvz. Not talking about 3rd part tho...
