Ingredient For Baklava Borek:
The Phyllo Dough:
1 large egg
1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil
1 cup mix of water and milk
about 3+1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
About 180-200gr. butter + 4-5 tbsp vegetable oil
For the borek filling: about 250gr. feta cheese, a handful of chopped parsley
For the baklava filling: 1 cup coarsely ground walnuts
For the syrup:
2 cups of sugar
1+1/2 cups water
1 tsp lemon juice
