Mine did same thing went bought all those parts. Soooo I started moving wires around..and found the problem.dont know what part is called but its right below that fuse box u were working around .negative n positive wires meet wiggled mines and wahlaw..

your truck and atv are both 12 volt I would think that should be fine right ?

You can jump with your truck just don't have the truck running

Loose ground was the main issue, bad replacement solenoid.

Voltage regulator is toast

release your brake and then just barely hold it in.
