There's a device which you squeeze with your hand to measure grip strength. You can Google for images for "device measure grip strength" to see what one is like. A grip strength of 58kg is actually strong for an adult male. Normal range is between 35k and 55kg. 7kg grip strength puts you way below the strength of a normal grade schooler.
