The look on her face when she laughed, that is something very difficult to fake. Even professional actors, multi millionaires, cannot make something like that feel so real.
that look on her face is one im not even sure if you could fake it, because it was in her eyes. And the eyes are almost impossible to fake. Thats why they say the eyes are the window to the soul.
So first. When he touches her. She looks down, lets it happen, then she becomes slightly uncomfortable, and she jerks a little. If she's acting, then she's been in this position before and knew how to act it out. Its possible, but it still shows shes a tremendously skilled actress if this is the case. Because when you act, you normally are supposed to send obvious signals so that the audience actually sees the narrative. This is why acting usually looks fake, because normal people dont act or talk the way they do in movies.
You guys think that actors are these sort of perfect simulacrum but they obviously aren't. You listen to any dialogue in a movie, or watch any scene in a movie, and you can obviously tell no part of it is based in reality. Its not even debatable. People talk like aliens they dont say shit that a normal person would ever think to say. They say it for the audience, to digest the narrative.
But what she did here by jerking her knee immediately upon the realization that this was uncomfortable. Its not that she jerked it, its how little she jerked it. It was like an involuntary movement. If she was just supposed to act she could've made big flashy motions, she could've caused "a scene". She could've done something big and noticable but that tiny knee jerk reaction, looked extremely natural. As if maybe she knew he would touch her knee, but didnt know he would rub it like he did, so maybe there was an element in there that helped her make it seem real, assuming this is a script. Because that looked damn real.
But back to my initial point. The laugh. ITs not the laugh that makes this seem real.

She asks, are you...Ralph Nadoff or whatever the fuck she says.
And he says yeah, nadoff of this area or whatever he says
She says oh, and starts smiling and laughing.
Ok pause.
Heres the part where people are saying it seems real.
But its not the laugh. Its what she does .1 seconds later.
As soon as she starts laughing, a second thing happens.
She smiles. She laughs. And THEN
She raises her eyebrow.
BOOM.
thats what sells it for me. She is the greatest actress ive ever seen, OR this is a real interview and not a skit. One way or the other.
Why is it significant that she raised her eyebrow? Because this demonstrates that she had 2 thought processes. When you're acting you make it all one fluid motion. But if you say this is a skit, and it might be, that means she was told to "Act out having 2 emotions within .1 seconds of eachother."
I can't express to you how impossible that is to do. The first emotion was "Oh you're this guy hahah" and the second emotion was "AND THATS WHY YOU TOUCHED ME? YOU IDIOT!!" It was the thought procress of acknowledging who he was, and then immediately connectin the dots within .1 seconds. Its incredible. And look at that smile. It was SO genuine. The eye brow, was so genuine. Its very hard to fake your forehead. Your eyes, your forehead. Its very difficult to fake those, thats why body language experts often analyze those areas because you cant manipulate them.
So. I have to say. Maybe its a skit.
Fine.
But then she's the best damn actress ive ever seen.
The reason this seems more real, than a skit, is because the number of people who would've noticed those tiny details is so small that it isnt realistic to think that was part of the script. Oh lets make this incredibly important moment so nuanced that no one will even know we did it! come on this isnt marvel leaving 100 easter eggs.
She's an incredible actress. Absolutely incredible.

As someone who is a native Dutch speaker and an avid Sims fan, hearing Dutch described like that is honestly hilarious.

Hilarious, if your wondering: the guy is flirting with the girl even going as far as to mention that in the past they once slept together. The girl, feeling awkward the whole time asks him if he's serieos and when that would have happened. He gives the exact date and time of when and she starts laughing uncontrollable aflt how he remembers so vividly and she doesn't. Afterwards he looks at the camera and jokingly asks if it was put off
No the joke was that she remembers it and starts laughing at him because of the experience, which is why he wants to stop the interview

I really don't think that's needed. Basically he asks her sexually suggestive questions about her career as an actress, makes innuendos, pantomimes a champagne bottle as if it's a penis. Then he finally comes out and says to the room, "It must be obvious to everyone here we slept together." And she's like, "What? No, when?" He says "eleven years ago..." She guffaws at this, and says, "good that you picked up boxing though, really good for you!" And at the end she says, "Really rather not" (in reference to ever having a relationship with him now).

I have no idea what they're saying but it looks like she got the best of him with something that was genuinely funny or honestly really sad.
In case you wanted to know:
He basically said that they slept together on the 11th of january in 2009, which she forgot. He asked "Do you not remember?" Then she said "Oh right! That was really funny!" and bursts out laughing.
He gets embarrassed and says he's going to take a shit, after which he leaves.
(Text is slightly out of order but I hope this clarifies the context a little bit.)

You know what’s wild, Horizon Zero Dawn took 7 years to make. You might wonder how a full team of experienced devs can take so damn long. I would guess that they switched many parts of the game in and out and tested tf out of it. until I started creating games I never even thought of that, but yeah a huge part of dev time is just being indecisive with the ideas.
It's better to take their time than to release a game way before it's finished. Happens far too often these days.. of course partially under pressure from customers and investors.

Dutch is a fantastic language. To me it sounds like English, if every word was said backwards and in another sentence not correlating to its own. Like a Nicholas cage national treasure puzzle
Dutch is probably the closest language to English there is. I've heard Dutch speakers say an entire sentence that I was able to understand because of its shared grammar and lexicon.

She was already a well-known actress in the Netherlands, yet the rest of the world knows her only as Aloy...and I wonder how she feels about this? Particularly since Ashley Burch did the voiceover work. Hannah speaks great English. In fact, when she's speaking? She has almost no accent. I'm guessing the only reason she didn't voice Aloy is that very few film actors enjoy, or are interested, in voiceovers. I remember reading a few film actors explain the difficulties in voiceover acting for video games and how it made them appreciate professional voiceover actors. But it is becoming more coming to see film actors go this way now. I think a lot of film actors are starting to realize that voiceover is commonplace now. I would love to see Hannah play Aloy in a film.

As a german and non dutch language knowledge, i think this happens: They talk about movies, work and castings, he tries to flirt with her and tell her a few lies but at the end, she knows who he is, because they met in the past and he embarrassed himself at that time. Maybe totaly wrong xD
