When Afton and Henry were making the animatronics suitable for people, they were always telling the people wearing the suits that if even a little drop of water, the springlock failure will happen. So, when Afton got in the suit to protect against the souls, the room they were was not being cleaned or properly constructed and mantained, the water was dripping from the ceiling and when Afton put the suit on, a drop of water touched the suit, causing the springlock failure. Unfortunately, I could not provide any further info about Aftons experience, since I was reading it at my friends house and the book was his.

But, what happened that these springlocks were under so much tension that a little moisture (it make them slippery) or even if someone was breathing rapidly, or even bump into something or EVEN SUDDEN movements, would cause them to *unlock.* Which made the legs, the hands of the human be crushed because ALL the metal parts, wires and everything are snapping back to their place. And in their place is your legs and arms. Next the ears of both the springlock animatronics would get inside place, litterally crushing your head. *Its not over yet.* Then the jaw would get into place. Then because of the jaw getting in place, your neck will be teared. Along with your vocal cords, which will not make you able to scream. The blood will enter your lungs. And you will slowly start to suffocate, *drowning in your own blood.* After that your jaw will be split apart, as the animatronic's jaw will come into place. Then, your eyes will be replaced by the animatronic's eyes. *And you will die this slow, painful death.*

You cant even imagine how painful a prototype springlock suit failure would be. It would most likely have way larger and jagged parts and might even repeatedly fail.
Actually the suit is going back into animatronic mode so good chance the person wearing the suit at the time of springlock will get jolted against his own will meaning springbonnie or fredbear will perform while the person inside moves with the suit and get violently penetrated as the suit snaps back to animatronic mode.

So springlock suits were suits which had springlocks which holded back the robot parts and made room for the human body to get inside to perform for kids. They were holded back by a hand crank, which was rotated and the springlocks would get into place. Then the person could go inside the suit. They animatronic's eyes, jaw and stuff would be holden back by the springlocks. But, what happened that these springlocks were under so much tension that a little moisture (it make them slippery) or even if someone was breathing rapidly, or even bump into something or EVEN SUDDEN movements, would cause them to *unlock.* Which made the legs, the hands of the human be crushed because ALL the metal parts, wires and everything are snapping back to their place. And in their place is your legs and arms. Next the ears of both the springlock animatronics would get inside place, litterally crushing your head. *Its not over yet.* Then the jaw would get into place. Then because of the jaw getting in place, your neck will be teared. Along with your vocal cords, which will not make you able to scream. The blood will enter your lungs. And you will slowly start to suffocate, *drowning in your own blood.* After that your jaw will be split apart, as the animatronic's jaw will come into place. Then, your eyes will be replaced by the animatronic's eyes. *And you will die this slow, painful death.*
Being either scooped or being spring locked is like my worst fear. 💀

Just to make the experience worse, here are a few things he did not show in the video : Your arms would snap in half, pushing your elbow out of place and breaking basically all of the bones in your body.
You cant even imagine how painful a prototype springlock suit failure would be. It would most likely have way larger and jagged parts and might even repeatedly fail.
The suit is yellow, then when its springlocked, it turns red, and after you leave it dry for years, it turns green😁

Actually the suit is going back into animatronic mode so good chance the person wearing the suit at the time of springlock will get jolted against his own will meaning springbonnie or fredbear will perform while the person inside moves with the suit and get violently penetrated as the suit snaps back to animatronic mode.
Your head will get crushed and your eyes, and teeh would be the only things left, your jaw will be forcefully dislocated, your be will get punctured by the endo, springlocks, and ears, your vocal cords will get severed Mali screaming impossible, your torso will be trapped and eventually crushed, your lungs will get punctured and fill up with your own blood, not like youll be to scream anyways, the bones in your arms and legs forcefully crushed, I not voilently ejected for your body, if your "lucky" enough to survive, you'll most likely die later or be brutily mutilated beyond recognition
