Susheelamma and Vaniyamma had clean and pleasant voices but were at the forefront of mispronouncing Malalayam words. Janakiamma had a perfect Malayalam diction but used to be super screechy and a terribly worn-out voice. Chitra chechi is the finest female singer from Malayalam, the only female singer who can match Dasettan's and SPB sir's caliber. Others were far below their male co-singers.
True. None of her seniors had a pleasant voice. All of them are grossly overrated!
