    High tension wires makes alot sound even from distance. In rainy season it’s disturbing due to sound and also its unsafe even in radius of 200/300 metres .Pls explain on this?

    What do you suggest one should go with 4S or wait for Arttech sec 89. I hope you will give advice wisely and transparently. Also after the possession do you really think 4S flat will touch 1CR down the line.

      wire is a major concern for everyone also for the developer that is why he is launching affordable on the premium land but also wire will be away from the houses and definitely your Hard earned money will appreciated .

    No, I don’t think it will touch 1 Cr
    Affordable flat that too in sohna , why will one pay 1 cr when they get same size affordable flat in Gurgaon at 70 - 80 L
    Just for commission, these brokers promote such product and create hype
    You think wisely if these brokers do not get any profit when you apply then why will they make effort in creating videos
