I love this on you, I think this is kind of how I use to style my hair when I wore it wavy but it never lasted so now I style with a brush and go for all the definition, but I lose volume. I think I will give it a try especially now that my hair is healthier 😊.

I would definitely check out the day 2 and 3 of this. I go to office weekdays, and so I take a bath and wash my hair whenever I do..I hope it won't take so much time..thank you so much for sharing your hair routine.💕 I cut my hair short just 2 weeks ago, and having a much volume hair (not in a good way) even before the lunch time comes..Hope this works for me.❤

I use two different products to deep conditioner every time I wash my hair I use deep conditioner
I want my hair like yours here. And like she does hers. Beachy soft waves!
But when I take product through..... my hair goes straight. I’ve been straightening for 25 yrs or more..
hope my waves will learn to scrunch better w time!!!
I can get waves now but only when I clump.

💗💗 I haven’t cut my hair in a long time so it’s very grown out but I usually get a lot of texturizing and some “hidden” sort of layers.. if your hair is around shoulder length or shorter, you can do a slight angle to the front to keep it from being triangle head ish. Sometimes that happens with curly hair 🙃

I wish I could just air dry...but my hair is real heavy and long so it seems to really pull it down at the roots and literally I could do it in the morning and still have damp to wet spots in the back, so I guess I'll have to stick with diffusing some at least. Or chop it all off...I go back n forth...cuz yours is super cute and looks lightweight for summer!! Very cute :)

I use like 5 times the amount of gel than you do..oops lol. But I love a cast and only scrunch a little of it out...helps keep my waves for longer.

Hey Tabitha! What part do you feel gave you the most volume? I don’t want to buy all of the products (also have products I already love), but I’m interested to know if there was one particular product or a technique that you felt really gave you that added volume at the root. Thank you so much! I really trust your opinion🥰
Hi Beth! I think it’s probably more technique than anything, but I did feel like the NYM curl talk shampoo & the protein masks helped with volume! But other than that, I would say, waiting until the hair is damp to style it, and then raking products through, combined with adding dry shampoo at the end helped a lot!

India's hair is severely damaged from heavy bleaching, so she probably needs 2 masks. I question whether most people would need that unless their hair is damaged. I have tried both of those masks separately for my hair and they were way too heavy. The results were awful. As far as NYM curl talk products, many of them cause buildup.
Yes my virgin hair would be limp to my head with either one of those masks.
@@caitlinheusz386 I have healthy hair too untreated for 40 years. I have oily hair too so would this not work for me? 2B 2C curls except when my hair is oily then it's just super heavy. Thick, medium coarse hair.

A mask before shampoo....good tip! How long does it take to air dry?
This routine was definitely faster dry time than my normal routine! Which makes sense. Usually takes around 2 & 1/2 - 3 hours I’d say.. this was more like 2, maybe 1 & 1/2
Looove India’s routine, I often go to your videos for tips on definition and defrizzing, and hers for that volume! I do just want to point out that both wrapped hair and hoops were first used and popularized by Black women, and I’d love to see more white curly/wavey TH-camrs giving credit to where most (if not all) of these techniques and styles originated! Thanks for making this video, it was cool to see you try something new with different results!

honestly I think it’s because her base color is already so blonde! I bleach my wavy/curly hair and it can take it (with some TLC and proper attention/steps) because it’s already a natural level 6/7.
