I just love the way you are putting these "travelogs" together. The scenery is just spectacular and I live in the Appalachians and I know they can't be adequately photographed so I know those places you are showing must be beyond belief in person so to speak. You two be careful! ❤❤

You're so right! Cameras never quite do those places justice. You're very lucky to live in such a beautiful area :) I guess it helps to keep you creative for your music ;)
I was there in 1970 Nand I think I was 11 years old and her brother and sister and my oldest half-brother and his wife took us there and watching this video. Even after all these years had passed, there are some places as they walk in the waterfalls and some of the trees. Are remembered it's like I'm standing there. All the years ago, but it's the amazing memories from that trip.If anyone's ever able to do it you gotta try to just see the gorgeousness

Glad you enjoyed it! It's funny, the whole time we were exploring the Sequoias, we wished the complete opposite ;) we wouldn't want to be under one when it felt, but to see one? Sounds amazing :P
The journey of building memOries together with a beloved partner is such an immeasurable happiness.explore while you were young cz that would be a priceless remembrance one day. Thanks again in bringing places into my eyes.*.take care* "I remain"🇵🇭

You're absolutely right! We feel very blessed :) Thanks for your kind words!
Excellent! You’re in my ‘hood now. The majesty of Yosemite is undeniable. The throngs of people in the valley can be formidable though, as you saw. I’ve been up cloud’s rest a couple of times, and Half Dome several times. 🤛🏻🥾🥾🇺🇸🇨🇦

What a blessing to live close to this place! We have heard so many good things about Half Dome, but we've also heard that it's very busy. We'll have to go during off season ;)
Such a great trip! The views from Cloud’s Rest looked incredible, and the hike sounds like a real challenge but totally worth it. Ending the adventure with a walk through the giant sequoias must have been so peaceful. What an amazing way to explore Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks! 🌲

It was! The walk through Sequoias after such a strenuous hike felt like a bliss! Thanks for watching :)
Are you guys coming to Arizona? That is where I live. If you do you need to check out Havasupai Falls! Wonderful hike and camping and gorgeous scenery. My goal is to get to Yosemite to see those trees...it is just unbelievable how big they are!

Do you have divination powers? This is our next video ;) Beautiful place! And you should definitely go to Yosemite and Sequoia NP. It it so beautiful :)
What a stridulous hike you made, I have never made that hike of all the times I have been there. It was so beautiful. The memories brought back seeing the Gentle Jeffree Pines and the Pickering Ponderosa Pines, (describing their pinecones) you have made me so very homesick. The hike up to Little Yosemite Valley it’s such a beautiful and intriguing hike, I enjoyed that hike so very much. The cables on half dome were up when I was there, and I was able to shim my way up, most of the way. Next to Sequoia Yosemite is always been my second favorite place that I have ever been to. Of course the hike down into the Grand Canyon was quite the backpacking trip as well. I truly want to continue reminiscing about this beautiful national park, but I will give you a break and stop here. Thank you so much for taking me back there. I’m sure I got more out of your video footage, as far as the beauty, and most people watching who have never been there. OK, I will stop here. But thanks again. ❤️

Glad the images allowed you to go back in time to a place you love! There's something so bittersweet about seeing a place that make us feel so much! Thank you for your kind words and take care :)
Keep your warm weather clothing nearby as you go through the southwest. During a trip to LA and then down south of Tucson about this time in 2010, the temps were in the high 30's and 40's F. You're probably past there by now, but just in case that you're not....

Definitely! We might just need to keep going south :P
Thank you for taking us with you. I have a hard time imagining what it must be like to film (and edit) your adventures. Like when you film a sequence of both of you walking up a slope. I imagine this means one of you had to walk up, set up the camera and then go back down to film the walk up? I am really enjoying your videos.

You're exactly right! It's a lot of back and forth and a lot of extra hiking ;) It looks quite silly when we look back at the shots while we're editing ahaha

Thank you for another hike. The views must be worth the punishment you endured. I was never aware there were pine cones that large.
Us neither :P We were shock when we saw them ahaha Thank you for watching and take care!
