    From recently being obsessed with "enlightenment" and now, seeing how silly that is, I think these people are just too caught up in the status of awakening. I don't care which "level" I am at. I just want to know the truth. Before was the exact opposite. Seems like some get caught focusing on the status of being "awakened" more than the truth.

    • @Robert-tr8iw
      @Robert-tr8iw 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ok so from your perspective what is the difference between wanting to be awakened and wanting to know the truth? It seems like these things are one and the same. At this point I would settle for any sort of peace. The consideration of non-duality has disturbed my peace more than it has provided any peace. I understand that’s just where I am - not implying anything by it. Just that I struggle more spiritually now than before this seemingly true philosophy (or whatever it would be called) came to me.

    • @jonzejones1164

      @@Robert-tr8iw to me wanting to know the truth has nothing to do with how others see you or with an idea the mind makes up. It admits you don't know the truth.
      On the other hand, wanting to "be awakened" is more like wanting whatever your mind thinks awakening is, which is probably going to be wrong. Also it can go a step further into wanting others to view you as awakened or enlightened.
      But I don't think there is anything wrong with either actually. It's just misleading to others to make videos about this stuff if it's ego driven.

  • @Robert-tr8iw

    First I know with some certainty I am not awake. But the thought of non-duality has made it so hard to pray - like you said - who am I praying to. I used to think I knew but now that I don’t know who I am praying to I don’t feel the peace I used to feel in prayer. It seems to me I was so much better off before “learning” this - but I also can’t seem to unlearn it - and I have much less peace than when I prayed to a God who was greater than me.

    • @spiritualrenaissance
      @spiritualrenaissance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      But God is greater than you. Because this ‘you’ that you feel yourself to be while encased in the human-mind matrix outfit is very limited compared to God. So continue to pray. And dont watch anymore non duality videos.. except maybe these ones...:)

    I am one of this mind people, who are saying "Its all a dream...but I enjoy watching your videos. Devotion or mind, Bhakti or Jnana, it's all a part of the game. Or not ?

    • @spiritualrenaissance
      @spiritualrenaissance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Of course its all a dream. It just depends where those words are being uttered from-- the mind (just a mental belief) or our deeper being (a direct realization). But those who speak it from the mind cant see it, because the mind cant reveal its self to its self.

    • @leelanjoy

    I wouldn't have agreed with you barely 2 months ago ... but I do now, completely.
    Bhakti has a sweetness and charm of its own - though it may well be the self worshipping the Self.
    For the hard-core too caught up with the intellect (vivek) non-dualist, a contemplation/ bhakti of Kali is in order (I think) ! Portrays the deep love as well as savage fierceness of Brahman / the one true self ...

And afther going to Krishna tempel 1234 opend up 1 day later and attachment went away now waiting for 5678 to open up completely haha but that probably Wil also come naturally when it has to?

    How does praying for other people work from a metaphysical perspective?

    • @spiritualrenaissance
      @spiritualrenaissance  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      your energy or vibration (if its authentic) can correspond to their perhaps dormant frequency and perhaps awaken it to some degree (depends on their unconscious receptivity)..

      I leave a 2 percent window open to do anything, I would do a little medicine in a very special circumstance, but otherwise if i never do it again, its perfectly fine. Ive went through stage “thoroughly”.

    Is awakening a gradual process or is it sudden?

    • @jonzejones1164

      It's gradual for most I believe. You might not really notice anything for a while. That's how slow it can happen

      @ Reece : It can be either or or it can be both.
      A major shift could be sudden and then the deepening could be gradual, etc. But even the sudden isnt sudden when we consider previous lives. There is no good luck or short cuts. Its all mathematically perfect, so to speak. Its just the mind cant understand that.

    I liked the previous video title, "has non duality lost its heart?", or whatever it was before this new one. It's true, I'm tired of the android robots saying how my mom and I don't exist while staring into the camera like they're zooted. These same folk need to walk around Bronx New York 149th St Grand Concourse and see ratchet gang banger crack head land. That'll put a test to these non dual folk's asmr zombie lip smacking stillness gaze. The mind can simulate a non dual experience and believe that non duality is the one true superior way of thinking. If non duality ironically becomes a belief system, then it kinda defeats the purpose of its teaching. I think the over arching purpose is to question things and embrace the paradoxes with how it all just "is".
    My friend and I joke about non dual lingo. "Your mom doesn't exist," "we're infinite beings," "your cat is enlightened," "my pain body is like lol," "we are superior humble beings," "enlightenment is overrated pain body is the way," and "I don't wanna non dual my problem I wanna bug out with my ego lol." Non dual kundalini spine Chakra woo woo talk can be interesting but also weird as hell. Ironically after poking some fun at non dual third eye Chakra talk comes silence when the laughter at how ridiculous it all sounds subsides.

      @@julietteSoul I'm all for spines, kundalini, and 3rd eyes, however it's important to take a step back and laugh at how stupid and ridiculous it all is too. Balance. I also had my own experiences with this stuff and I can safely say its overrated yet beautiful at the same time. Waiting in line at a supermarket, washing dishes, or chilling on a park bench with some trees is just as nice as a Kundalini awakening at the energetic alignment.

    I love your videos. But I'm really stuck trying to see things as perfect just as they are, when I look at the terrible suffering of people in Ukraine. My heart breaks and I don't feel right thinking that it's just temporary or just working out of karma. I can't seem to get past this. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    • @spiritualrenaissance
      @spiritualrenaissance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are many angles to this-Sure, on one level, its obviously karma (because everything in life is) and its for sure they are learning some deep lessons and digging deep within themselves and getting in touch within their depths on a whole other level which probably no other situation would be able to give them (and later they will be grateful for this), but at the same time it can be a very painful temporary experience they are having which of course will bring out compassion and empathy from other humans who feel unity with life. And when we see these situations (and there are so many in the world today) we shouldnt just walk by and say, “take ur karma like a man”- if we have some inner feeling to help them then we should listen to this guidance and let it show us what to do.
