Wonderful town house with split level terrace for up to 8 guests with river views over the Guadalquivir and Seville's main monuments.

Set halfway along calle Betis in Triana, this red town house enjoys fabulous views of the Gualdalquivir. The house has been restored in provincial style, maintaining traditional features - such as exposed beams, stained glass, and ironwork.
There are three floors in all. On the ground floor is the living-dining room, including a fireplace and a corner kitchen.
Stairs lead up to the second floor where there is a family bathroom and two bedrooms at the front of the house. There is a twin room, with one bed on a raised platform and river views. Opposite is a double bedroom with two sets of shuttered windows overlooking the river. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
On the third floor - and with its own independent entrance, is a bright suite. There are twin beds in an alcove, a living area and a shower-room. The suite also includes a kitchen.
Glass sliding doors lead to the two terraces. The lower has a seating area, wide river views and an awning for shade. Stairs lead to the larger, upper terrace - a great space for enjoying a game or two and perfect for enjoying the wonderful views.
