ALF follows the adventures of Gordon Shumway, a furry, wise-cracking alien from the planet Melmac who crash lands into the garage of the Tanner family. The Tanners offer him a home and give him the nickname ALF, short for “Alien Life Form.” Created by Tom Patchett (The Carol Burnett Show) and Paul Fusco (who also performed as ALF), the half-hour sitcom rose to popularity in the late 1980s, cementing itself in the pop culture zeitgeist.

Life is great till you grow up, I love the King of melmak, I just found out Benji passed away from kidney failure. The way MAX Wright died I just assumed the rest of cast was still with us. Screech died at 40, im 40 now and smoking still b oth smokes and weed and now we hear Benji Gregory has passed at 46, sad. I miss the more innocent times, this is by far the most alone Xmas and hanukua I've ever had.

Very touching episode while still fun to watch. In many ways ALF's dealing with addiction, and the reason he was addicted, is something many can relate to while not being preachy about it.

Ive gotten stoned to this episode during the days and it still kills me.
I know this is a family show, but man, I never knew that the two A's (Anne and Andrea) had fantastically great L's (legs)! Also, I think Max pointing at the camera while holding a deadpan expression was hilarious!
I love this show didn't so much back in the day, but i miss those days. Life was simpler safer and a heap cheaper 😢
