People criticize Damien for his vocals but I think he did an awesome job. VR is a hard band to cover especially when you take upon the row and lyrics of another singer.
@Mooska Thank you, your insight into the current scene is helpful for me; once in a while I get a glimpse of what is going on in the metal world-some of the death from post 2000 is really starting to get exciting. I have now discovered my love of Chamber Music and Opera; along with Jazz, 60\70s rock, experimental music, and a tad of Hip-Hop I still get in (not as much as metal though), that makes it harder to stay up to date on Metal, especially death for I listen to other metals more. Greatband
if i were there, id mosh like crazy and headbang till i died..Damien Boynton is their best singer, id do anything to see them live with damien and dave suzuki, would be an amazing show.
i love this goddamn band...the epic deathmetal drumming blasts and the hardass melodic solos and fast heavy fuckin riffs are my bread and butter...my earpussies are dripping blood and screamin for more
@danubastard The bald dude is Dave Suzuki he writes the guitars, drums, and bass to this shit its fucking incredible how good he is at every instrument
Sad isn't it? I hate to say it but Dave was the backbone for this band, his solos were just unbelievable. Even the genre of his new band has grown on me.
Notice how Vital Remains has not put out a single album after Dave Suzuki left and they pretty much only play his material on every set ... in every venue...during every tour...for the past 6 years.
If black metal was beer (refers only to GS); death metal would be Budwiser. Still metal though, got to love metal. I used to like death metal more than any other kind of music (middle school): I still like the stuff, but most is a trip to mediocrity town. I got to see C.C. and my personal favorite death metal band Dying Fetus when I was in the 8th grade. I linked to this from Mayhem. Black metal, I promise, takes a year of listening before you like it at all (even for MHs) but once you do...
@DreamyGhost1492 it's shame that Dave seems not to appear anymore in the death metal community since 2009 :-( some says he's curretnly working on a one-man death metal project, but i'm not sure about that
"On November 21, 2007, Vital Remains announced they are seeking a bassist and lead guitarist" "On March 29, 2008, the band announced their latest tour line-up, excluding Dave Suzuki." this is what i was talking about.
I can not find shit on Dave Suzuki on google. Can someone please tell me if Dave ever left/got back with Vital Remains? I've been hearing a lot of different stories about him. If he did leave..... ):
Dave suzuki, best guitarist this band has ever had \m/
and drummer
Damien's stage presence is like he really means what he growls.
Vital remains are legends!! Hail dave suzuki, dammnnnn!!!! 🤘🤘🤘
Awesome live performance. Dave Suzuki has the power of a Nuclear Reactor. Hail Vital Remains!
Dave Suzuki is among the top five most notable death metal musicians.
People criticize Damien for his vocals but I think he did an awesome job. VR is a hard band to cover especially when you take upon the row and lyrics of another singer.
That is absolutely true.
Yes I also thought Damien did an awesome job on vocals.
He did a great job for sure. Damien is not as brutal as Glen but his growls are clearer.
Miguel Cardenas I actually think he sounds better than Glen
I wish Boyton as lead vocals on new Vital Remains album, he is true!
2:10
I love how they can be so melodic but so fucking brutal.
This band is one of a kind.
Incredible. Dave Suzuki is such a beautiful player.
it will never be the same band without Dave. he wrote all the lyrics, drums, guitars, leads and bass. nobody can possibly fill that void.
Sometimes i think this is the best metal song ever created.
of course and specifically the solo is very very hard to play
Still one of my all time favorites
This guys solo's are awwweesseeooommmeee.
Dave Suzuki reigns to the death world. He is the one of the finest death metal technical guitarist.
1. Fucking Brutal
2. Amazing Musicians
3. Golden Lyrics
4. Fantastic Growl
Dave has a band burn church or something of that sort

Vital Remains is unbelievable.

He is also a fucking screamer and drummer. He is fucking sick!
well than that just makes him even more badass!!!
if i were there, id mosh like crazy and headbang till i died..Damien Boynton is their best singer, id do anything to see them live with damien and dave suzuki, would be an amazing show.
Im SOOO FUCKING EXCITED, IM GOING TO SEE THEM LIVE
Dave Suzuki is fucking amazing. holy shit man. hes definatly in my top 3 favorite guitarists.
i love this goddamn band...the epic deathmetal drumming blasts and the hardass melodic solos and fast heavy fuckin riffs are my bread and butter...my earpussies are dripping blood and screamin for more

they are even better live !
Really miss Dave Suzuki in this band! He is an incredible musician!

@danubastard The bald dude is Dave Suzuki he writes the guitars, drums, and bass to this shit its fucking incredible how good he is at every instrument
I think i'm buying the album. This song is great.
I felt that too ha.
Soon in México...!!! Welcome to Guadalajara...!!!
hell yea! ive been trying to figure it out but i have no clue.
Sad isn't it? I hate to say it but Dave was the backbone for this band, his solos were just unbelievable. Even the genre of his new band has grown on me.

Feel the soul in Suzuki's solos? Makes my fucking spine tingle.

he needs to be recognized more, but thats super intence that he doesnt know theory. i really admire him for that \m/\m/
@DreamyGhost1492
Tony Lazaro did the bass on album Icons of Evil.
This band is fucking insanly awesome!
yea iknow not in this video i mean the tour they are on now. this is from their DVD.
gottalove the singers faces haha
Actually, from what I read from an interview with the actual lead singer of the band, Glen Benton, he had the cross removed.
the whole reason i listen to them and go see them live is to see Dave shred! now im like wtf?
i don't like the beginning so much, but i love it when the lead guitar stuff starts
In the beginning of the video I was eating a bowl of cereal and in the end I end up eating the bowl but not the cereal
at 0:24 when he slowly turns his head i always laugh. its funny, but so badass and evil lol
The guitarist has got a really awesome voice
Puta banda do caralho! Damien Boynton é muito insano no VR assim como na Season of Suffering!
according to their myspace Dave is still in it, and Glen Benton, and Lazaro too.
I don't usually like solos but DAMN.
@IooWaaxx he also did vocals for the Dechristianize record
you're fucking right!!! Stay Metal

Pqp Vocal do Lazaro+Suzuky = Demonio

Nope it's just that the beat is way too fast for us to catch it! xD
*Physics time* He's like an hipernova blowing up a whole system!
@danubastard Is called Dave Susuki
@DreamyGhost1492
it's shame that Dave seems not to appear anymore in the death metal community since 2009 :-(
some says he's curretnly working on a one-man death metal project, but i'm not sure about that

"On November 21, 2007, Vital Remains announced they are seeking a bassist and lead guitarist"
"On March 29, 2008, the band announced their latest tour line-up, excluding Dave Suzuki."
this is what i was talking about.

@DreamyGhost1492 10 Months old but your comment holds more sense and truth than most thats posted, so true man.
I can not find shit on Dave Suzuki on google. Can someone please tell me if Dave ever left/got back with Vital Remains? I've been hearing a lot of different stories about him.
If he did leave..... ):
dude, i know everyone hates this singer, but i actually kind of like his voice
Hail true metal
I wasn't a huge fan of Damien's vocals for their rendition of Dechristianize for this show but damn he sounds good on this song.
they have different vocalist
one vocalist does studio albums and another tours
@EyeJayAre TOTALLY AGREE !!!
What the fuck !!! is that voice even possible ??? Anvm i loove it !
antonio plays really fast on drums!!!!!!

@XxsoulsuckerxX Prove it. Provide me a list from the 70s and early 80s of metal bands that were super fast and had the single beat drumming?
thats one badass intro..
Demien Boyton , the best vocalist of Vital Remains
just to inform you: this guys name is damien boynton ;D
