@@sanya2248 The income tax rates in India are not 10-15% for that kind of salaries. They are 30-33% if I'm not wrong.
The assumption is that the amount they're drawing as salaries, they'll anyway need to take that out for their day to day expenses one way or the other. They can either show their expenses as company's operating expense and their expenses gets deducted from the profit under the company's balance sheet or they can show it as salary and it gets deducted from the profit under the company's balance sheet. The company is not paying any taxes on that amount in any case.
The individuals however, if they draw salaries, need to pay income tax on it in case 2.

@@harshitgupta7740 No bro they are not drawing salary 7 lakh p.a , they are drawing it monthly which is 84 lakhs pa and as per the default scheme of income tax 115bac individuals have to pay flat 30% on more than 15 lakhs of income and and other slabs of taxes are also present for the income lesser than 15 lakhs...
So the income tax per person which is drawing 7 lakh pm salary is 25,39,680 .
On the other hand companies have to pay flat 30% on their turnover and because these are startup companies so many benefits are also available to them .
Overall they are not saving much tax but yeah we don't know about their gross turnover and deductions so we can't predict what tax planning they are doing.
