- This old Style Wok Range waste thousnad and thousand of water per day. The water agencies and the city officials don't want the public to know about this water waste. They want you to take short showers, don't water your grass, but they let this machine waste millions and millions of gallons of water in California per day.
This machine will change the course of saving not thousands, but Millions and Millions of wasted water each year. This is a video that companies that manufacture for years, that they don't want the public to know.
I added a simple foot pedal valve to mine. Water only runs while foot holds it down. Much less than 15 seconds of water needed at a time.
High end woks that are at least 12 gage stainless steel do not need constant waterfall or water rail cooling. They are much heavier and quality built. Furthermore, you don't need a button system that will some day fail and will be difficult to replace. Most woks have a swing faucet and when you swing it, it acts as on/off! You don't have to reach down to push a button and they are easily replaceable! There is no "genius" invention needed! Geez.
interested in seeing more information on this as my family own chinese take out restaurant and like to see if i can do some adjustments to the equipments
@@calvinwong365 lookup your location followed by waterless wok range. Usually they are custom. You should also see if there are tax incentives and ecogrants to better help you get these with help and to help the enviroment...

the water for cleaning dropped food all the time and wok when finished. you dont know wok which makes big oily mass around fire.

I just bought noodle from Wok in a box and while waiting, I calculated they must be using any 3 million litres a year in just one store! That should be illegal!

You can't fake this. On a real wok burner, the flame wraps all the way around the wok. I can't even see a flame here.
Next, look into water cooled ice machines.
