Is it good to use on diagnose function? What is the maximum voltage? In manual i see 13.7V on max 40A? Its for use on flashing ecu(chiptuning VAG cars)

I would like to consult I’m using telwin doctor30 battery charger but when I’m charging the battery it come out in the screen LCC.. what is LCC means? And why my battery cannot charge?

I have the Doctor Charge 30 - an excellent machine but beware the dc connector only has a 30 cycle lifetime---- poor useability !!!!!!!

Poor use of the English language in your video "Hanged" = Hung and other grammatical errors.. what's a "LOW BATTERY"? do you mean a battery with a low state of charge?.
The product is really good, lightweight and portable, long charging leads and easy to use.
