The more you pull away the more he will bully you also tell your lawyer everything ,record any interaction with him and when you have to see him meet him do it infront of a police station or in a busy crowded place with camera's PLEASE be careful. List all the things he took or you gave him and their value or approximate worth. If you are just an authorized user of a card (debit or credit) then it really is not in your name. You are just a user on someone else's acct. Was your bank acct in a joint acct? Or was it in his name only? As far as the car key, if the van's loan was in both your names then yes he is in legal right to have a key. You will have to settle all this in court and any documentation that you can provide will be helpful to your case. But he is being an ass to punish you for whatever you did to him. Calling cops to have him arrested for whatever. Don't get upset when you meet him. You have to remain calm even though you are upset. Let him answer your questions and then when he leaves write down his answers and ask your lawyer. This is why when married women let men make all the financial decisions they get screwed when they break up. Never sign anything blindly like tax forms & legal documents until you thoroughly understand what you are signing going forward.
