Call the auto place and see what it takes to break the van lease and return the van. Why should you pay for him to also use it. Lease your own vehicle in your own name. Double check with lawyer first. Then, get an air tag and place it in a conspicuous place on the mutual ownership van. If he takes it and puts it on a flat bed truck and moves it you can track it across the states. Dude didn't expect the wheel lock. Good thinking. That was really smart.
