    Description doesn't match video. His back isn't parallel to the floor, the spine is on an incline because his arm is longer than his femur. A slight decline would give a better RoM. You can get this by resting on forearm/elbow instead of hand.

    The lower back is what pulls your body up when doing hyper extensions.

    What's he talking about using the lower back? The direction of this force requires you to contract the abs to keep neutral spine, not lower back.

    No , this sucks. Just Squat , Bench , Row , Press , Deadlift , Chin , 5-8 rep range 3-4 sets; then go home and drink a lot of milk , i mean at least half a gallon per day , and eat a lot of meat fish and chicken etc... and get a good protein powder. Sleep 8 hours a night. Repeat for 2 months and you'll be astounded at your newfound muscle

    Hey, have you tried "MuscLeader" (search on Google)? On their website you will find a useful free video showing the right way to grow visible lean muscle fast while reducing body fat simultaneously. Devan and many other guys enjoyed good results using this method. I hope it helps you also.

There you will find a good free video featuring the right way to pack on noticeable lean muscle really fast while burning excess fat as well. is one of the many men which experienced positive results making use of this approach.     @iamfire6 oh.. ive achieved plenty of stuff! And people with roids dont need to work 50% harder.. several friends of mine have roids and they party,eat shit sometimes and still have a great body and they training is solid. And im natural, training hard as hell!! But im in my peak cos im natural, i dont have the "luxury" of using roids cos' my genetics are pretty good
