Caterpillar D6B first start after engine rebuild

This is my newest project. When I bought this one valve had dropped it's head into the cylinder and damaged the piston. The dozer had sat outside couple of years until I bought it. I changed the valves, valve guides, pistons and liners. This is first start with new parts and for couple of years. Theres still much to do but at least it runs.
Pillarin ensinkäynnistys koneremotin jälkeen. Ventiili oli tippunut männän päälle ja tehnyt siellä tuhojaan. Vahingon jälkeen kone oli siessyt purettuna parisen vuotta. Vaihoin koneeseen uudet ventiilit, ohjurit, putket ja männät. Tämä on ensimmäinen käynnistys. Paljon tuossa on vielä tehtävää ja nykyiisn se käy jo paremmin.

Thanks. It has a 24 volt starter, I believe it is probably a Delco Remy mt-40. There's two regular 74Ah car batteries, one in each arm rest. On my opinion that starter is a really heavy duty starter, I think it would crank the engine with no problem even if it be twice as big as it is now.

congratulations for the work, the engine sounds very good.
I wanted to ask what kind of starter motor and battery it uses because the engine runs very fast at starting!
You did review the injection pump and injectors?
In my cat 951 starter turns very slowly and is difficult to start.
