Well….Ive watched a few thousand Morris dances, and this stands out as the most intellectually challenging of them all. Makes a nice change. Well done lads.
@@jackwhitehead5233 Aye, I knew that, but I’m not differentiating. If they dance in front of an English Pub, they’re rustic dancers, Morris or not. It’s still more intricate than boring, staid Morris, unless you’re the heavy stomping Beltane side, but even they aren’t that intricate.
Excellent !!je me souviens d avoir vu cela au festival international dont on a participé les bretons en 80 j avais 15 ans à l epoque !au nord de l Angleterre....souvenir inoubliable de fête pendant 10j
Thank you, it is always hit and miss trying to get into a good position because as the dance sides change the position of musicians change and the direction of the dancers.
I only started going to Bromyard a couple of years ago to film the Morris dancing so I don't know about changes. If you are on Facebook this group might be just right for you. Bromyard & District Local History Society
A very lively and intricate dance. What a fantastic performance!! Thank you!

Hi pal, I believe this is a sword dance, which is a different type of dance to Morris

It's not actually a morris dance.
Fantastically complex, wow!
This is absolutely brilliant. What amazing choreography by a group of energetic dancers. 👏👏👏👏👏
Fantastic. 😊
The flips! And some really crisp, sharp movements. Wonderful.
I was really lucky to have captured this dance because it was late in the afternoon and I was on the way to my car to return home.
And those knives! 😳😅
Extraordinary... well choreographed and executed, with some excellent spins on traditions. Thanks, lads!
Immaculate dance from a skilled side. Excellent!

top Sache!
Great job, boys. Keep on rockinˋ.
Nice video! Shows the whole dance. It's great when the videographer can stand closer to the band so the music comes thru.
Never mind, you needed to be in front of the set for this.

My dad was born in Bromyard in 1908 - wonder if it’s changed much?

Amazing, I love it 😊
That's amazing! I was about to watch just a few seconds, to check what type of Morris dance it was... but I couldn't stop until the very end! ❤
They are excellent and I would image that they would be very pleased with your comment.
Very, very impressive. Looks slightly dangerous as well... Wonderful stuff!
Well - that's different. Amazing.
🌞
Great up-close video!
Just lucky to get that spot, it's difficult trying to get the best position.
Love it!
Black, red, yellow? Ah I see, a folklore dance group of the Germans abroad in the United Kingdom.
They are based in Sheffield.
