  • 밥 반찬으로 먹어도 좋고 햄버거 패티로 먹어도 좋은 떡갈비를 만들어 봐요~!
    매콤하게 먹고 싶어 청양고추를 썰어 넣었는데, 매운 정도는 입맛에 맞춰 하시면 될 것 같아요^^
    Let's make spicy Tteokgalbi that goes well with rice or is good for patty of hamburger!
    I add some pepper in it because I like spicy food, but if you don't want or want it more spicy, adjust red pepper to taste~
    재료 Ingredients
    불고기용 소목살 Sliced beef neck 600g
    흑후춧가루 Black pepper powder 1/2t
    잣 Pine nut
    채소 간장 Vegetable soy sauce
    양조 간장 Soy sauce (Gan-jang) 60ml
    황설탕 Brown sugar 2T
    올리고당 Oligosaccharide 1.5T
    양파 Onion 30g
    대파 Green onion 50g
    마늘 Garlic 5ea
    배 Pear 80g(1/3ea)
    청양고추 Red pepper 3ea
