    CO2 is needed for plant life . Currently 400 parts per million in a given sample of air . Pre Industrial Revolution it was 200 parts per million .
    200 parts per million is lowest safe level for plant life . The increase of 200 ppm is in fact one part per 62500 molecules in the atmosphere .
    We always have to remember the atmosphere is 70% Nitrogen and 20% oxygen approx . The 200 parts per million makes diddly squat difference to the warming aspect and in facts promotes plant growth .
    If in doubt look up “ Ivan Giaver lecture on global warming “ the temp increase is a myth based on very flawed global temperature measurements and temperature locations . Many locations were in wild areas and are now through development , are located in cities and by runways …..corrupting measurements by heat island effects .
    Giaver was elected to Obahmas 100 scientist panel by 64 Nobel scientists . Giaver being a molecular Nobel scientist prize winner himself , he resign ed from that post because of corrupted science .

      Do you mean nuclear?

    • @teej710
      @teej710 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @Sparkly14 no, i mean synthetic fuel (petrol substitute) or 'green' fuel. CO2 is removed from the atmosphere and processed into fuel. The fuel can be used instead of petrol in cars,. with no changes needed. The CO2 that comes out of the exhaust, is what was taken from the atmosphere initially. Therefore, unlike fossil fuels, no extra CO2 is put into the atmosphere, hence carbon neutral. Then let nature remove some of the excess CO2, through photosynthesis, which has been happening for hundreds of millions of years. A better use of the £20B that Ed Milliband has put towards carbon capture, which won't stop the use of fossil fuels and probably won't work.

    Well the government didn't change it's policy to save the coal industry. Even though the UK had enough reserves of coal for all the country's energy needs for hundreds of years.
    And it didn't change it's policy to save the steel industry, which lost thousands of jobs, and made the UK dependent on imported steel from wonderful countries like China. So, the car industry will die, even though it's in the heartland of labour voters.

    Yes now we have to build all the BESS sites to make the green tech work. But these huge batteries sites are not green in any way as the batteries can not be recycled.

    That is the whole point of the policy. This is the introduction of the circular economy which due to the laws of physics and chemistry means depreciation in quality and quantity.

    A recent FOI to the Dept of Energy revealed that subsidies to "Green Energy" companies and green projects over the last 4 years was £35 billion. Not sure how many car drivers there are - but must be less than 60 million. So isn't that "subsidy money" enough to supply FREE OF CHARGE everyone with an EV? JOB DONE - TARGET MET - PLANET SAVED - CER MAKERS HAPPY!
