I've always said, no car or truck should have wheels bigger than 18s. That car would look so much better with a smaller wheel although the style isn't bad. Rest of it is just gorgeous. Dodge Charger always has and always will be my favorite car on the planet. It's my dream to own one, but they way their prices keep going up, even in the recession. I probably never will. I'd kill just to drive one for a day.
If I am not mistaken the wheels are the Pentia design made by Intro wheels California. What an awesome beast, my next favourite muscle car after the 67 Mustang and the 67 Camaro.

Camera technology really hasn’t improved much over the past ten or more years.
You can see from the camera guy shadow that he holds some SLR camera, that is one of the reasons the quality is so nice
