You are saying that 4-3-3 is the worst formation if you want to hide low technical qualities of your players(7:48).
What is the best formation to hide them? 4-4-2 maybe?

In my opinion 3-5-2 is the best option for hiding low technical qualities. Easier ball recovery after losing possesion (3 defenders always ready to step higher and counterpress), 2 strikers instead of 1 (more cooperation possiblities, less dribbling needed), 3 midfielders give more options. But formations are only numbers!! It all depends on specific tasks that you give to your players to guide them in each phase of the game.
